Most people put this in a terms page nobody opens. Here it is on the pricing page instead.
Yours, and it leaves with you
- Your domain. Registered in your name from day one.
- Your website. It lives on your own domain, not inside my software, so it keeps working after you stop paying me.
- Your phone number. I never take it. It stays with your carrier and I only catch the calls you don’t pick up.
- Your customer list. Exported and handed over any time you ask, whether you’re leaving or not.
Rented, and it switches off
- The automation. The text-back, the review requests, the follow-ups. That runs on software with a monthly bill, so it stops when the bill stops.
- The catcher number. The extra number that picks up your missed calls. Your own number is unaffected.
- The build fee, if you’re inside 6 months on the nothing-down plan. $997, once.
No notice period, no cancellation fee beyond that, and nothing auto-renews.

Can I try it before I pay you anything?

Is there a contract?

How fast does the text back actually go out?
Under 60 seconds, usually under 20. The message fires the moment the call ends, day, night, or Sunday, and I’ll send you the delivery log with timestamps so you can check me on it.
Do you build websites in Spanish?
Yes, and not with a translate plugin. I’m bilingual and I write both versions properly, which matters if half your customers would rather text in Spanish.
How long does it take to build?
About ten days from the day you send me your photos and license info, and that’s usually what holds things up. Then a 25-minute call where I walk you through it before it goes live.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your site is built on your own domain and handed to you. It isn’t locked inside my software, so it doesn’t go dark the day you quit. Your phone number stays yours because I never take it. It stays with your carrier and I just catch the calls you don’t pick up. Your customer list exports any time you ask. The one thing you don’t own is the automation itself. That runs on software that costs money every month, and it stops when you stop paying for it. Anybody who tells you different is counting on you not to read their cancellation page.
What if I already have a website?
Then we keep it and I wire the system onto what you’ve got, or I rebuild it as part of the same monthly. Your call, once I’ve had a look at it. If the site you have is working, there’s no reason to pay for a new one.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, and I’ll show you how. Small changes I do for free while you’re on the monthly plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain, your website, your phone number, and your customer list. The automation switches off, because that runs on software with a monthly bill. If you’re inside the first 6 months on the waived-build plan, the $997 build comes due. No other fees and no notice period.

I build for anyone, but I’m based in Azusa and I prefer clients close enough that I can meet in person. Roughly Pasadena out to Pomona, plus the surrounding LA County cities.
