Privacy Policy

This site is run by Nieves Mathews, a sole proprietor in Azusa, California. “I” and “me” below mean Nieves Mathews. There is no other company and no team.

What I collect

I collect information when you do one of these things:

• Send me a message through the chat box. The chat box in the corner of every page except the two ad pages, /team and /team/thanks, asks for your name, your phone number and your message. It also has a checkbox for text messages. You’ll be asked to agree to receive text messages before sending.
• Book a call on my calendar. Your first and last name, phone number, email, and anything you add in the notes box.
• Fill out the form on /pagina-web. Your name, phone number, type of business, city, whether you already have a website, and your email if you give it.
• Fill out the form on /team. Your first name, phone number, business name, and what eats up most of your week if you answer it.
• Call or text me. Your phone number and the content of the conversation, the same way any phone works.

The chat box and the calendar are run by GoHighLevel, which also goes by the name LeadConnector. On every page where the chat box appears, it records the page you are on, the site that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link, and keeps that history in your browser. GoHighLevel receives that for every visitor, whether you open the chat or not. If you do send a message, that history is attached to your contact record, so I can see how you found me. The chat box also sets a security cookie from GoHighLevel’s servers.

Other than the chat box, this site does not run analytics or tracking, with one more exception: the page I send Facebook and Instagram ads to (/pagina-web) and the thank-you page after its form. Those two pages run the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that someone visited and whether they sent the form, so I can see which ads work. It may set Meta cookies in your browser. It does not see what you type into the form. No other page on this site runs it.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and to talk with you about work you have asked me about. If you checked a box for promotional texts, I may also send you the occasional follow-up or offer. I use the chat box’s visit history to see which pages bring people in. That is the whole list. I do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and I do not run ad campaigns off your information.

Text messages

If you give me your mobile number and check the texting box in the chat, you are agreeing that I may text you about your inquiry and occasionally send promotional messages, like follow-ups and offers. If you’d rather not get texts, you can book a call on my calendar or call me instead.

The forms on /pagina-web and /team each have two separate boxes. Checking the first lets me text you about your inquiry. Checking the second also lets me send you occasional promotional messages, like follow-ups and offers. You can check either one, both, or neither.

If you text me first, I may reply to you by text about your inquiry. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent to receive text messages will be shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers that make the messages technically possible. That means my messaging platform and my telephone carrier, and only so the message can be delivered to you.

Who else sees your information

I use outside services to run this business: a scheduling, chat and messaging platform (GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector), a telephone and messaging provider (Twilio), and website hosting (Vercel). They process information on my behalf in order to provide those services. I do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.

I will hand over information if a law or a court order requires it, and I will tell you if I’m allowed to.

Client information

If you hire me, I may handle information belonging to your customers as part of building and running your system. That information is yours, not mine. I do not use it for anything except running what you hired me to run, and if you stop working with me you take it with you.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries as long as there is a reason to: an open conversation, an active project, or a record I need for taxes. If you want your information deleted, ask me and I will delete it.

Your rights in California

California residents may ask me what personal information I hold about them, ask me to delete it, and ask me to correct it. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, call or email me using the contact details below. I will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
