Privacy Policy

This site is run by Nieves Mathews, a sole proprietor in Azusa, California. “I” and “me” below mean Nieves Mathews. There is no other company and no team.

What I collect

I collect information in two situations, and only these two:

• When you fill out a form on this site. Your name, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in the message box.
• When you call or text me. Your phone number and the content of the conversation, the same way any phone works.

This site does not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling, or a chat widget, and it does not set marketing cookies.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and to talk with you about work you have asked me about. That is the whole list. I do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and I do not run ad campaigns off your information.

Text messages

If you give me your mobile number and check the consent box on a form, or if you text me first, you are agreeing that I may reply to you by text message about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent to receive text messages will be shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers that make the messages technically possible. That means my messaging platform and my telephone carrier, and only so the message can be delivered to you.

Who else sees your information

I use outside services to run this business: a scheduling and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), a telephone and messaging provider (Twilio), and website hosting (Vercel). They process information on my behalf in order to provide those services. I do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.

I will hand over information if a law or a court order requires it, and I will tell you if I’m allowed to.

Client information

If you hire me, I may handle information belonging to your customers as part of building and running your system. That information is yours, not mine. I do not use it for anything except running what you hired me to run, and if you stop working with me you take it with you.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries as long as there is a reason to: an open conversation, an active project, or a record I need for taxes. If you want your information deleted, ask me and I will delete it.

Your rights in California

California residents may ask me what personal information I hold about them, ask me to delete it, and ask me to correct it. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, call or email me using the contact details below. I will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
